I totally agree these skins are better than the cases on offer; the skins preserve the look far better. However, I got a similar skin from www.gadgetshieldz.com for 7 odd bucks for my 3G as opposed to the $50 I'd have to spend for this. The skin I have is scratch proof and I don’t have to worry about putting my IPhone down on abrasive surfaces. What I don’t get is the price difference between BodyGuardz and the skin I got. I certainly don’t see a difference in quality. :|

I can scan wirelessly from my pc to the Artisan, but to get around the wireless scanning from the Artisan to the pc, I leave a spare SD card in the Artisan's card reader, go to the scanner and use the 'Scan To Card' feature. I can then wirelessly pull the scans off the SD card from the pc. Periodically I remove the card and read it directly with my pc to clear the scans. Wirelessly in the Artisan it is read-only. Since I have a dedicated scanner also, this lets me scan from both devices at once which is quite time saving. I scan items which need color tweeking on the dedicated one and more basic scans on the Artisan.

There is actually a way to do what you're talking about. You have to have your iPhone jailbroken and install an app called Useragent Faker from Cydia. Then you fake your browser's (MobileSafari's) user agent string using one from a desktop browser, and iGoogle will load properly. I haven't tried it myself, but it might be a full fix. The only problem is that any iPhone optimized site you might visit would require you to turn the useragent faker off if you wanted to see the iPhone version.

Hi-- Great find-- your partial fix works great, but if I move from one tab to another, it goes back to /m/ig.

Somebody else posted the fact that you can go to google.com/ig/i from any other platform and it works, which suggests that they are identifying iphones to single them out for redirect... any way you know of to fool igoogle into not recognizing the iphone, and thinking it's another platform? Not sure my logic works, but then I'm not a genuine geek, so all I can do is conjecture....
